Kristi McLean, RVT

Kristi McLean, RVT

Practice Manager

Education: Centralia College of Agriculture and Technology

Kristi graduated from Centralia College of Agriculture and Technology in 1990 as an Animal Health Technician and was registered shortly thereafter. After a summer’s employment in London she ventured Down Under (Australia and New Zealand) for a walk-about before returning to her hometown Owen Sound and finding employment at the Grey Bruce Pet Hospital in 1991. Kristi particularly enjoys surgery and nursing and has been a comfort to many of our patients during their stay.

In her spare time (what spare time???), Kristi is your penultimate ‘sports mom’ taking her two children, Avery and Eden to hockey and soccer practice, games and tournaments. Kristi’s household is also home to 3 cats and one dog and she aspires to an even larger menagerie in time.

Karen Dickinson

Karen Dickinson

Accounts Manager

Karen started off at the Grey Bruce Pet Hospital in 1999 as a bookkeeper and soon after became the Account Manager. Karen’s love of animals along with the support of the doctors and staff at the clinic lead her to obtain her AAHA Receptionist Certificate in 2003, and she still enjoys working there today.

When Karen isn’t at work, she enjoys caring for her incredibly active dog, Zeus, and trying to stop her Garfield-like cat, Ozzie, from eating all the dog’s food. Karen also enjoys much more relaxing activities such as music, reading, golf, and just hanging out with her family.
